Property management for a small agency or landlord usually ends up scattered across spreadsheets -- no shared listings view, no real access control, no audit trail on who changed what.
approach
A full-stack Next.js app backed by Prisma and PostgreSQL for real relational listings data, Radix UI primitives wired directly for accessible dialogs/selects/checkboxes rather than a generic form template, and bcrypt-hashed authentication instead of a bolted-on login screen.
